Sacred Beings

SACRED BEINGS

If we truly knew how sacred our being is, would anything that is happening in the world today still be possible?

We might live in buildings and houses, yet our entire body is made of Nature and Life.

It is painful, and alarming, how deeply we have been conditioned to betray and deny ourselves this truth.

Just as we search for God in faraway places,
while Life itself is the living evidence of the divine,
we also abandon our bodies in favor of external authorities, forgetting the innate autonomy of knowing
what already lives within us.

What would change if we truly remembered that we are sacred?

How would this awareness transform
what we put into our bodies,
who we allow into our bodies,
the power we give away,
the compromises we accept,
the sacrifices we make
for inessential desires, false hungers,
and social belonging?

If we knew ourselves as sovereign creator beings,
directly empowered by the Love of Source, which is our very nature, what choices would we no longer be willing to make just to fit into a society rooted in the illness of forgetting who we are?

How might remembering the sacredness of our bodies
be the medicine that dissolves war, slavery, genocide, disease, and the illusion of separation
from the Love that is all there is?

Yes, it is a lifetime of inner work.
But isn’t it the most worthwhile work there is?
Because, from what I see, for some, it also appears to be a lifetime’s work to destroy the world.
